“We stayed here one night early October 2017. Booking.com mentions 4-5 different types of rooms and we booked a Deluxe Suite. However if you carefully read the description, all rooms are the same. This was confirmed by the hotel when we checked in. We stayed in a pleasant, spacious and clean room. The part of the room where the bed is, has poor lighting. The hotel has excellent, high speed free WiFi. The room has a nice bathroom with good lighting and good shower. We slept in a very comfortable kingsize bed. Breakfast buffet is very good and they offer coffee and muffins to take with you when you leave. The hotel has free parking”
“Had a great stay after a long drive from Jasper. Lovely welcome and the reception staff signed us up for the reward programme which I had forgotten to do. Excellent room, spotlessly clean, huge bed and lovely shower. The hotel recommended the 112 restaurant at The Regent Hotel, with a free shuttle from the hotel and back! Had a fabulous time there too, great food and service.”
