“The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed over Thanksgiving. The lobby was decorated and there was a holiday feeling. We were asked if we needed housekeeping services on Thanksgiving as they were trying to allow the staff to leave as early as possible in order to be with their families. To me, this reflected how the staff was treated. The bed was comfortable and the room had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable.”

“The maids never change the sheets on our bed. The same sheets were on the bed for one week. Also maid didn't put any toilet tissue in bathroom. We had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet tissue. Paint color on walls through halls and in bedroom are very nice, but was chipping and peeling. Needs fresh paint.”
