“The staff went out of their way to assist me with a crisis. After checking out and travelling for 3 hrs I discovered my wallet missing from my purse. A quick phone call back to the hotel revealed that yes, it had fallen out in the room. The receptionist that took the call was concerned and accommodating enough to walk up to the room herself and find it. She then packaged it securely and sent it to me by courier that same day. It arrived safely and completely intact in 3 days. SO relieved and thankful.”
