“All of the staff we all so friendly and went out of their way to help. For example, because there were a lots of youngsters and parent staying there for a big hockey tournament, the reception staff suggested a different room when i booked in so that i wouldn't be disturbed early in the morning when they left for the game. The room was spacious and light and quiet. The kids & parent were super and I loved hearing their chatter about the games etc.at beakfast time.”

“Hotel allowed for early check-in; however we did not have to use it. You could ask for a late check-out on the morning when you were to leave and they would see what they could do to accommodate us if there were not a lot of new guests checking in on the date we were to leave. Location was close to Highway 401 interchange for ease of entering and leaving the city. Lots of tables in the breakfast area and food was decent with many choices of items to suit your diet. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. No noticeable hallway noise.”
