“The beds were hard and the one was raised in the middle. My husband felt like he was going to fall out of it during the night. Also, the bathroom fan was very noisy and there was no way to turn it off. For older people the tub was very low and inaccessible for a bath. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating which really pleased us.”
“Arriving from Australia, we just had one night at Best Western PLUS City Centre Inn. Despite jet lag, we really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were super friendly and professional, offering to change our bedroom for one at ground level to accommodate for our newborn baby. Breakfast at the 2nd floor restaurant was tasty and copious, good quality for money.”
