“I booked this hotel for my wife and a friend for an Elton John concert. She actually called me from the hotel to praise the actual room. I did however book a room with 2 beds and she told me that it only had the one large bed. She did not want to lodge a complaint because as she said..."you picked an awesome hotel...couldn't have been better".”

“Not much. Individual staff members were friendly, others very limited to what was 'not possible', without even checking. My main experience at reception was that I had to wait for the other colleague to do what the initial contact person could not do. I think it was down to how they have work duties organised, but it was not very customer friendly. Maybe each receptionist should have their own cash float for example, so the customer doesn't have to wait only because they are paying with cash instead of credit card. The staff in the restaurant was either non-existent or disinterested. The girl with piercings and tattooes at reception was extremely helpful and nice. It's because of her that I rated the staff with a happy smiley face, because she made my stay memorable in a positive way.”

“I thought the bed was very comfortable (and I am picky). I requested down pillows and they were provided. I requested an early check-in and this was available to us. My spouse and I were visiting family in the area so we were not at the hotel much except to sleep and eat the WONDERFUL breakfast that they provided. I also used the fitness room one time and it was very good. Overall, we would stay here again. The location was perfect for our needs and for anyone who wants quick access to the QEW. I was impressed that the owner himself was helping bus tables at breakfast and checking with us to see how our stay had been.”
