“The staff is very nice and friendly! We had a problem with our rental car and we needed to call the insurance but we couldn’t do that with our international number. The guy at the reception kindly gave us his phone for free! The room was super clean! The structure is very easy to find. ”

“I always book this Hotel when we come back to East TX to visit family. Adam at the service desk if a very professional and helpful young man, He is always there when we come back to Marshall. Will continue to book rooms here at the Best Western. The cleaning staff is on top of things, there is also a very nice lady who cleans the rooms that has been there every time we come back, African American and very sweet. I cant remember her name sorry. When we need ANYTHING at all, we just call the front desk and she has it ready in no time.... Thanks for a Great stay as always..”

Breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, microwavable burritos and sausage biscuits, muffins, Danish's and honeybuns. We would stay again.”
