“The staff, except one restaurant waitress at breakfast time, was extremely friendly, helpful, and family friendly. The hot breakfast was delicious. The security staff was very understanding and helpful. One of the kids had an accident in the pool and the staff was very professional about it (quick to respond and clean it up, not rude to the children there). The wait staff (except for one) in the restaurant were very helpful and understanding, especially with my small, very active boys.”
“Most of the staff were friendly and enjoyed our two Maltese poodles. There was very good variety with the breakfast menu. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Only the room patio doors were difficult to open and close. The carpet is a little old in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The price was somewhat expensive as well. The best part is the pet friendly hotel; however, the charge per night of $20 per pet is quite expensive.”

“Our room was very nice, very clean, and it felt very welcoming. The bed was comfortable! Our room was right around the corner from the pool facilities, which was great! I love that they had a little toddler pool, however it was in the corner and we didn't discover it until later when my son was almost done swimming. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and very fresh. Staff was extremely nice! Resolved our issues very quickly. I loved that there was a kids play structure!!”
