“The staff was very polite and courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned every day which was very nice. The staff kindly printed up my train ticket when I left. I also liked having a kettle with tea, coffee, etc. in my room. I thought the decorating was very cheerful and thought the silhouette/lighting wall was a particularly nice touch. I especially loved the rich floral curtains in my first room. A very clean place. The swing out magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch too. And I found the bathtub in my second room to be a bonus.”
