“We are English and were driving from Slovenia back to the UK. We stopped in your hotel as we wanted to visit the centre of Passau. The hotel was very good as I have rated. We would like to say also that the young man on the Reception was fabulous. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He helped us about where to go and park in Passau, places to eat. He was excellent and a credit to the hotel. I cannot remember his name but he was studying Chinese and visited there a lot. Please pass on our thanks. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.”
