First of all they have advertised the property as been the measurement of about 20 meters but it's only 11 meters, so the rooms are very small you could hardly move about in the room, which is very miss leading. 2. We got to the hotel at 8 in evening, they turned around and said sorry we are fully booked and we don't any rooms available we are going to take to a hostel and tomorrow you could come back here, again it's not professional over booking guests and having to take me to Some different hostel with out offering any compensation, I complained nothing happened 3. The cleaner knocks on your door at 8 in morning to clean the room that will be it if you don't want it cleaned at that you will Not get your room cleaned for the day”
“The hotel didn't provide room from my on the first day so the changed the hotel to another poor hotel. The second day I toked to the manager and he wasn't helpful he told my we will pay you half hour massages but I didn't accept it he said this is what we can do for you.”
