- A swimming cap is required in the indoor and outdoor pools.<br><br>The wellness centre is open every day from 14:30 until 19:30. It is free, apart from hay baths, beauty treatments and massages.<br><br>Please note that the guided tours come at extra cost.<br><br>The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.<br><br>In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area. In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.

“Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen da wir rundum zufrieden waren: - Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, groß und neu renoviert und bestizen trotzdem einen gemütlichen Charme durch dekorative Aspekte - Regenwalddusche im Zimmer war super! - Im gesamten Hotel war es sehr sauber und ordenlich - Großer Balkon mit tollem Ausblick - Wellness Bereich mit Pool und Liegen mit Ausblick war sehr angenehm und entspannend (Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt) - Abendessen im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert und lecker; es gibt ein tolles Vorspeisenbuffet (versch. Salate, Antipasti, kleine Pizzateile, ...), zwei Hauptgänge und Dessert - Überall ist sehr viel Platz und Komfort (Zimmer, Essbereich, Barbereich, ...) - Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend”

Ampia confortevole e curata SPA dotata di tutti gli ambienti necessari, ottima e varia la colazione, camera suffic ampia (di notte si vede anche un cielo stellato sul soffitto!!!) con balcone, bagno grande con doccia a pioggia (ma si può attivare anche solo il soffione a muro), letto comodo e ampio (su questo sono esigente), pasto a 20 euro (bevande escluse) con buffet di almeno 20 varietà tra verdure e antipasti, scelta tra primi e secondi e dolce. “La stanza, seppur di tipologia standard, era spaziosa, con un ampio bagno e dotata di un bel balcone. Il centro benessere era molto ben attrezzato, pulito ma soprattutto molto silenzioso. Ho aprezzato molto il divieto di ingresso per i bambini in alcune parti dello stesso in modo da garantire relax, silenzio e pace. L'efficenza e la gentilezza del personale della sala ha fatto realmente la differenza in termini di ospitalità e servizio. E' evidente che il personale viene egregiamente gestito dalla responsabile di sala.”
