“This property has an awesome location and the views are just spectacular. The room was comfortable for 6 people ( 4 kids ) although not as nice as some in the pictures ! However, the terrace right outside the room was great and when the weather is good it is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The restaurant is great and the food very good..... The breakfast was perfect to kick off a good day !”

“Luckily I asked for directions just before I arrived and I am so glad that I did! The hotel is halfway up a mountain, around 5 km outside of "central" Grindelwald. In winter I reckon that you would need a 4x4 to get up the road but that's what made the hotel for us. Peaceful, quiet and with outstanding views and walks. Dinner and breakfast were superb and, although it was expensive, the scenery and solitude made the cost seem insignificant”
