“Incredible staff, 1st class service. The pool and surrounding areas were excellent. The rooms were probably the best your going to get in the area but the hotel grounds, staff sold it. Dinner and the bar areas are exceptional. Area felt very safe, people in general in the town were very friendly.”

“There are not many 5* hotels on this side of the Atlas mountains. So if you have been out to the desert and are returning, looking for some luxury, then this is the place. It is expensive by Moroccan standards but the facilities are excellent and it is a very relaxing place to stay. There is a very good Italian restaurant for the evening. Opposite the hotel there is a very good French restaurant. So this is a great place to relax for a couple of nights.”

“This is a very comfortable stopover option if you are about to head out to Zagora and the desert and want to indulge in a bit of luxury before you go. It is pricey but this is a proper 5 star hotel and is worth the splurge in my view. We booked a standard room and were upgraded which,if the hotel is quiet, probably happens a lot (they have a lot of rooms). So in fact for us the room turned out to be good value! We ate in the Italian restaurant and enjoyed cocktails in the bar beforehand, sitting in front of a roaring fire and being entertained with live music. So it turned out to be a very good choice.”
