“The hotel manager upgraded our room, there was complete privacy in our room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Applicances were a little dated but that doesnt matter. We checked in at 12am and checked out at 1:30pm, there was no bickering by the staff to get us to check out by a certain staff. We went out on our first day to explore london and when we came back our room was really clean and tidy, our belongings were exactly were we left them. Overall it was a very good hotel to stay in.”

The breakfast was superb and Indre who served us was so welcoming and her customer service skills were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel made my 40th birthday very special !!
