“First, the location is very near by both of subway & bus station. Seond, the room is quite spacious for its rate. Third, Buffet-style breakfast is awesome, surely covering various taste from all around the world. Fourth, All of staff has good command of English. Lastly, most of all, the hotel's customer caring is impeccable. I woke up late due to the jet lag, almost missing my important meeting, but they kindly arranged a complimentary hotel shuttle. Let me guarantee this hotel is the hidden pearl.”

“Bed was really comfortable, bath tube for a couple was a great surprise, the room was really spacious, very handy, close to the metro station and located close to good shopping.”

“Really big rooms. Like huge with sofa and separate bathroom and toilets. Very comfortable. Not too far from Suwon station (City hall stn 50m from hotel) (but trains not super frequent) Limousine bus from airport stops at Ibis hotel round the corner so very handy for transfer. Breakfast was not too bad. reasonable selection of food. Large TV. spa bath. very close to good eating street. Great for visiting Suwon specifically.”
