“Our plane delay, there was no shuttle bus to the hotel. We found a hotel shuttle but the driver refuse to take us because he said it is for group guests. It was difficult to get a taxi to hotel at 11pm. We take the last train and at last arrived the hotel after midnight in a rainy day. Very user unfriendly indeed.”
