“Volkach on a dreary Wednesday in February can feel a little austere, but this hotel helped to make it a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and unobtrusive and our room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent en-suite. The building is of historical interest and the salt grotto well worth experiencing. Breakfast was a delight and - together with the free ample parking - helped to make the stay good value, too.”

There is really nothing to complain about, everybody was going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the honesty bar very much, which as we think is not so common in Germany yet. We will certainly be back to this lovely place.”

“Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und ist ein sehr persönlicher Anspruch gegeben. Das Zimmer (Suite) war neu und wertig eingerichtet, das Bad war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es erfolgte ein sehr herzliche Begrüßung beim Frühstück, das Buffet war gut und immer frisch bestückt, das Frühstücksei wurde frisch zubereitet. Leider war ich nur eine Nacht im Hotel, werde es aber gerne mit meiner Familie wieder besuchen.”
