“Room really large and comfortable lovely views and lovely pool”
“Beautiful setting fronting on to the lake, very peaceful as it is located off the main road. Some ferries stop at the nearby port of Portese and water taxis are available (these are expensive unless there are a number of people to share the cost). A car isn't essential but is handy. Breakfast is excellent and is served on the veranda looking out onto the lake. We had lunch on one day and it was delicious. Staff gave excellent recommendations for dinner reservations and were friendly, efficient and very helpful. My daughter needed to see a doctor and the staff helped to locate the 'Tourist Doctor' in a nearby town. This is a service provided for tourists only and is free if you are an EU citizen and have your European Health Insurance Card with you. Room was spacious and cleaned every day. Would go back.”
“The hotel is very cozy and quite! They serve nice breakfast and dinner on a beautiful terrace with a view at the lake. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel has recently been renovated, so the rooms are new and comfortable. We stayed at the hotel already twice and definitely planning to come back.”

“Location is wonderful, right beside the lake (with the restaurant within feet of the water). Porto Portese is a beautiful spot, with an excellent beach for swimming, and two good restaurants - although the hotel restaurant was very good too, and it is well worth looking at the half board menus which are available each day. A real plus for us was that once we had driven to the hotel, we did not need to use the car, as lake boats call at the pier in Portese which is two minutes walk from the hotel. So it was easy to travel to Gargnano, Salo' and Sirmione without braving the Garda roads. The staff were friendly and the hotel does all it can to make life easy and relaxed.”
“Excellent location, the hotel is right on the lake shore, you can have your breakfast basically next to the water which is beautiful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The pool area with the bar is also very nice. Ferry station and good restaurants are very close. ”
