“One staff was outstanding, he is Ah Yuan. The rest of the staff seemed cold, although they are still helpful. Ah Yuan smiled genuinely and greeted me and my family most of the time. The spa bath tub and the multi massage shower was awesome. The best thing is, the heated toilet seat, loved it. Also, you can ask the front office staff to call a cab for you, without additional charges or booking fees, and the cab arrives within 3 to 5 mins, very convenient.”
