“We made an upgrade to VIP room (the most expensive). The reason why was becasuse when we arrived to the room that we have booked it was ugly, small, dark and just a small view to the parking. We decide to pay U$S 50 per day which was fair for the "VIP" room. It was big, clean, with jacuzzi and great view. The concierge was really kind and friendly to show us all the alternatives and change the room really fast and easy.”
