All of the staff were quite friendly or pleasant, the room was comfortable in every way, and the restaurant is very beautiful and the meals we ordered were cooked well. Staff speaks English well enough, if you don't speak German, and they didn't make you feel uncomfortable about it as some hotels or offices do.”

“Das Personal hat sich außerordentlich entgegenkommend gezeigt. Ich konnte das Zimmer früher benutzen, als für das Haus festgelegt und ich konnte das Hotel in den frühen Morgenstunden verlassen. Das Zimmer, das Mobiliar und die Toilette (Dusche) waren in einen sauberen und in einen einwandfreien gepflegten Zustand.”
