“Check-in staff was extremely helpful. I think his name was Roberto. He was friendly and efficient. He told us that we could park our vehicle there for $2 a day and a shuttle would take us to the airport. This was very helpful. We are so glad we did this. The morning we checked out the girl at the desk was not helpful or friendly. We had to wait for her to even show up from the back. She seemed reluctant to even answer our questions about the shuttle. However, on our return to the Baymont 6 days later the front desk person was great, a different woman. We will stay at Baymont whenever we are traveling from Tucson. We get good value and feel safe while there.”
