“We came to the hotel actually to hide from the big storm coming to Lubbock. The place is awesome. Big room, all supplies, big flat TV, nice view from the windows. We didn't go have the breakfast, though...But we had a refrigerator, and I brought some food with us.”
“The lady which was the manager of the breakfast Continental was very sweet ,very outgoing and very kid friendly; she is an excellent person and went over and Beyond!!! other than the front desk staff the Indian lady did not ask if you had a great stay was not friendly or talkative at all. We asked if we could have a late check-out she said yes we're about to walk out of the room she did not even open the door before entering she just opened saw that we were still there getting ready to leave did not say a word shut the door and walked off when we left to leave did not say I hope you had a great day come back again anything I do not consider that guest friendly and good customer service on her part. When we checked in there was a young hispanic worker she was excellent very friendly very well on greeting guests.”
