What guests loved the most
“Only four rooms above a small bar serving the delightful hilltop village of Villars. Run by a charming young couple it sits on one side of the village square, so you can watch all the activity from the window of the room we had. Friends had a spectacular view across the valley, and a small terrace from which to enjoy it. The rooms are basic and clean with comfortable beds. The village also has one excellent restaurant, and a boulangerie from which you can get your morning croissants to enjoy with your coffee from the bar. Evening aperos with the locals in the sunshine . . .perfect.”
“Very clean room ("Jonquilles"). In the bathroom is the washbasin with a large counter. Separate toilet. Every day cleaning and new towels. The beatiful view at the hills of Vaucluse from the terrace. Very nice, friendly and helpful owners. Concerts during holidays in front of the restaurant. Villars is beatiful provencal city (or village?). Five picturesque streets, three restaurants and one bakery. You can see how the bread is put in and out of the oven. Possible walk along the field road in the orchards and vineyards. Lavender field by the road to Apt.”
“Ambiance of a front row seat in the heart of a very special village in Provence. We were fortunate being there during a festival weekend. The room was well laid out, clean and had a small terrace. Air conditioning and shower were very good.”
