“I would really like to take the chance to thank all the employees alongside the management of Best Western Tashan Airport hotel who were extremely kind and more than helpful towards me during my stay. I am indeed thankful to the management who accepted voluntarily not to charge me any extra fee for modifying my reservation twice. The first time was before checking in when I mistakenly inserted the dates. The second time, as mentioned above was upon checking out earlier than the stated time. Despite the fact that my reservation was non-refundable, still I was charged only for the nights that I have actually spent in the hotel. I would also like to acknowledge the hotel's safe environment and cozy ambiance and the great experience of tasting the variety of everyday's different selection of Turkish gourmet that were offered on breakfast which were totally beyond my expectations for such a reasonable price.”
