“Staff was super polite and tried their best to make us feel taken care of. Our air conditioning was not working, and both receptionist ladies felt terrible for the inconvenience and gave us free breakfast, coffee, and 20€ back for the inconvenience. Staff was by far the most polite and understanding that I have ever encountered.”
