“The hotel staff was very customer service oriented and accommodating.Booking.com is horrible. They mislead us to think the room wouldaccommodate 5 guests as the website marketed 4 adults +1 in a queensuite. When we arrived they stated there are only 2 queen beds in aroom, no couches or cots for rent. - Booking.com would not admit faultand only offered a free cancellation- after driving 6 hours and havinga sick one in the car. Added stress to the trip definitley. However thehotel staff offered us a room for $55 cheaper. So even though we had tobook 2 rooms, they saved us $200 by trying to work outBooking.com's error.”
