“My whole experience with my 1 day over night stay at the Avalon was wonderful. Every one was most helpful and courteous to me in getting me around NYC by using the METRO subway. “There was a great little filtered water and coffee/tea stand in the back of the lobby where you could make coffee, tea and tank up on filtered water all day/night. LOVED this feature! It is also environmentally friendly, not to have to keep buying plastic water bottles. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome. Rooms were big, which I great appreciate.”
