“Friendly staff to check us in. Recently refurbished. Big comfy beds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. We had cheese salad starters, steak and puddings from the buffet. All we're excellent. Views of the local castle one side and a meadow on the other.”

“The auberge reopened last november (2016) I believe. The rooms are effectively new, very confortable. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet is good (cold cuts, cheeses, croissants etc). The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The location is practical to get to, right along the main road. Packing is adequate.”

“The hotel was well positioned on the main road south of Pontarlier onwards to switzerland , however the downside was the traffic noise as it is a busy road . Nice outside terrace to sit and have a drink. The bedroom and hotel generally was recently re furnished so everything seemed new and spotless , lovely bathroom. The room was on the small side but fine for a stopover. Nice restaurant with good choice and overall very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was round the back and side of the hotel.”
