He had a very gentle, humble manner and went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one, and to make sure we understood everything on the menu as our French is not yet very good. The room was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed, and more. The meal in the Auberge restaurant was superb, one of the best meals we've ever had.”
