“Our accommodation was extremely comfortable and generous in size and amenities. Staff were exceptionally helpful going far beyond that extra mile in offering assistance and suggestions. All staff smiled and greeted throughout the stay. We couldn't have been treated in a more welcoming manner. This will be my number one choice if visiting Udine again. By the way apart from the city's own beauty, it proved a valuable focal point to visit Cividale, Trieste, Aquileia etc by train. The station is a short distance, maybe ten minutes on foot, from the hotel. So happy to remember this hotel. We ate a lovely lunch there but did not have time to experience their famous evening dining room.”
