She wanted to ensure everything was great for my stay and asked questions to see what else she could do. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was the service that I could not rate highly enough. I would definitely stay again!”
“A lovely hotel, very convenient for the uni (they recommend the hotel), lovely decor but the staff were amazing. I arrived late evening (just before 10pm) and the lady on check in sorted me an evening meal despite kitchen being closed. Breakfast was lovely - a good choice between full on breakfast and healthy options and very promptly served. And they have an honesty bar (didn't use it but how nice a concept is that?).”
