“Outdoor hot spring is really great. Nice view and temperature of the water is just perfect.”
“Spacious Japanese style room in large modern block. 3kms from station, but they collected me when I arrived and they have a shuttle bus timetable in the morning, so easy to access. Onsen on top floor with great view of Mount Aso, but the water was a little chilly. Larger Onsen on lower floor a better temperature, nicely surrounded by vegetation and still a view. Staff spoke reasonable English and were helpful.”
“The public bath is very nice. The room is ok however bathroom will be too small if you are big. I recommend showering in the public bath. ”

“Friendly and helpful staff, need a taxi to transfer to Kurokawa Onsen and the staff not only reserved a taxi but get me a deal as well. Facilities are clean and definitely enjoy the roof-top onsen facilities with a nice view of Aso-san. There is a little café located right next to the hotel entrance (Zen Café?) with the best soft ice cream. Meals featured produce from local areas and are plentiful and delicious.”

“房间看出去景色很漂亮了 晚上会有人铺床 非常软 很舒服 晚餐是另外加的 量大好吃 中国的服务人员很亲切 温泉很舒服 特别是室外的 就是熊本熊做广告的那个 是此行唯一可以带小朋友泡的一个 其他的对小朋友都有点烫 景色棒 还没人 酒店一楼有个卖伴手礼的小店 只能用现金 离酒店5分钟有个大的免税超市 东西多 价钱便宜”
