• Cancellation/prepayment
  • Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

• Cards accepted at this property
  • Asena Karon Resort accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

• Check-in
  • From 14:00 hours

• Check-out
  • Until 12:00 hours

• Children and extra beds
  • All further older children or adults are charged THB 900 per night for extra beds.
  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • All children are welcome.
  • All children under 12 years are charged THB 800 per night for extra beds.

• Important Notice
  • A security deposit of THB 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<p>Please inform Asena Karon Resort in advance of your expected arrival time.
