What guests loved the most

“The staff at this hotel were amazing, so helpful with giving us tips for the local area and very welcoming. The beds in the room were also the comfiest we stayed in in Japan!”

, United Kingdom

“Great neighborhood and location (very close to the train station and four stops away from busy neighborhoods such as Shibuya and Omotesando), staff is very nice and helpful, cool bar, room is bigger than most in Tokyo, very unique. Would absolutely go back.”

, Portugal

“Really lovely hotel, very comfy beds, clean and spacious rooms. Bar downstairs, really nice spot to hang out.”

, United Kingdom

“The experience at this hotel was amazing. Firstly the art on the walls in the room is truly impressive and a unique feature. The facilities provided are all great, the beds are comfortable, plenty of space, the staff are super friendly and full of helpful suggestions and recommendations. The area is great to wander around and find bars and good food...a nice local vibe.”

, Australia

“This is a really unique hotel in Tokyo -- the room we stayed in is super-uniquely decorated and really cool to stay in. Awesome shower and bathroom facilities too. The staff is top-notch too, speaks English perfectly, and can give lots of information about the fascinating surrounding neighbourhood (Koenji).”

, Canada

“The artist room is amazing, great restaurant recommendations (tempura and ramen), close to Gibhli museum”

, Switzerland

“Staff at BnA are wonderful people. Super friendly place.”

, Singapore

“This is a very special hotel. BnA stands for Bed and Art. The room walls are decorated by a local artist, which is part of the experience staying here. The hotel is situated in Koenji which might seems far away, but you are only 1 minute from JR Koenji Station and Chuo Rapid Line takes you in 5 min to Sinjuku or 20 min to Tokyo Station. The staff is extremely friendly. We were followed to local restaurants and introduced to the non-English speaking personel. If you have read Haruki Murakami and want to get the atmosphere from his books, you should stay here and go the local restaurants or just walk around in Koenji. Murakami used to live in the area for many years.”

, Sweden

“Everything!! Great Location! 1-2 minuets walking from Koenji station. Room itself, room's decoration and all facilities are excellent. Staffs are great and so kind and they speak good English!”

, Thailand
