All staff spoke English and were very helpful. Transportation by taxi was $39 U.S. from the airport, not included with price of hotel. No elevator but desk clerk carried suitcase up several flights of steps for me. My bathroom was across a patio, not in my room. But only for my use. Not a problem at all. I recommend this hotel.”
