“Nice bar and restaurant good food good price. Good location short walk over to town. We were given an alternative room as we wanted a table and chairs in room, first room had 4 beds, receptionist was very pleasant and transfer was completed very quickly. Very nice lobby area with cafe available all day and evening. ”
“This hotel in Armagh is near the centre of town and the iconic city cathedrals. A little dated, the hotel lobby is welcoming, with a carpeted homely decor. The lobby features a clever little snack and café style bar where you can grab something quick. The decor of the hotel, although a little dated, is clean and homely. Free-wifi was of an acceptable speed and the use of the gym/pool facilities were convenient for guests. The visit was let down by a poor breakfast. Just the bare essentials which is a real shame as the coffee was good and the breakfast room good. Also we had problems in the room 132 with our TV. We reported this to reception who took no action - or if they did, it didn't fix the problem. The reception staff at check-in and check-out were not very professional. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the town and hence its theatre.”
