“The staff was lovely. The man at the desk when we checked in was so nice to speak with. he recommended a few things we enjoyed while there. The hotel in general is very well presented. neat, cllean, close to pubic transport and worth every dollar spent. close enough to walk to from the train station with luggage but in a quiet area. unfortunately we didnt get to eat any meals here. hopefully next time.”

“It's an older hotel. It was a cold night in Ballarat and heating did not work. Bathroom dated and shower hit and miss. Comfortable beds. Good tea n coffee facilities plus hairdryer and iron”
