“Very noisy can't sleep because of animals cicada, and traffic,industrial sounds 24/7. Suffered no sleep which made me very ill. Rep never showed up even if asked for him Several times to solve the issue and was misinformed and miss guided told there is no holiday reps if u book through booking.com by reception . I have to pay more money if i was moved to any other room. Hence problem could not be solved. I m very unhappy still suffering from the non stop noise levels 24/7. Extremely disappointed”

“The staff at the hotel really made the holiday for us. The reception staff could not have been more welcoming, the bar and restaurant staff always friendly and available to help and the animation staff doing a great job of making sure everyone felt included but not pressured to join in. Some of the best staff we have come across in our travels. On to the hotel itself, the public areas are nice and the bedrooms are very comfortable and very clean. We had a pool view which was lovely, although in the high season I would think could be noisy with people in the evenings but the alternative land view rooms is directly onto a busy main road, so is traffic noisy all the time.”
