“Room temperature was a little to high and difficult to adjust. Bedding was fabulous, loved having a balcony with breathtaking views. Room keeping was thorough and courteous.”
“The location was excellent and was close to the Terra Cotta Warriors. The staff was very friendly and made an effort to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. It is clear that mostly mainland Chinese folks stay there, but they went out of their way to put us in contact with folks who could communicate in English. While we were there, there was a city-wide power outage and they were proactive (without us even calling) to bring additional A/Cs/fans to the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it is a great place to stay with the family.”

“I really don't know how to rate this hotel. firstly the rooms are very nice, very comfortable and quiet. The restaurants are good and not too expensive. Most of the staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Breakfast is possibly best I have had in China, including 5 star western hotels.”

“The hotel is good, there are restaurants asian, western food and another one buffet not close to the city but is 20 minutes by taxi from terracotta army. The swimming pool is really beautiful not deep but in 2 parts indoor and outdoor. there is a beautiful garden asian style, the staff is helpfull and friendly, the chinese restaurant is hight quality”
