“The room and hotel itself were nice but it didn't feel like we were in beautiful Crete, Greece...it felt impersonal and like we could have been anywhere else in the world. In fact, I remarked to my husband during this trip that it felt like we were in a cheap all-inclusive resort in Mexico and not an alleged luxury hotel in Greece. It was not worth the money. And they kept trying to up-sell us on the room selections, spa, food, etc. Besides the typical greeting of "Kalimera!" the staff mostly spoke to us in German which was odd since we were in Greece...”

“- the rooms were always clean. I'd suggest mattress protectors though. Most hotels don't use them which surprises me! - it's def more modern than most of the hotels I looked up and fresh - the kids area is excellent! My 6 and 3 year old had a blast. They do need an adult WC THOUGH”
