“Location was great. Room was lovely. Front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful. This was booked last minute and after a awful night at a different hotel. Before booking I rang to see if we would be able to leave our bags there whilst we went out for the day. The only room available on booking site was a twin room. We asked about a put up bed for our son. When we went to check in we had been given a different/ better room, which had 2 double beds in and suited us better.”
