“Initially when I tried to check in there was an apparent problem with my booking. A girl at reception was trying to say to me they don't have a room for me since i don't have a booming with the hotel. I showed my printed copy and digital version on Booking app on my phone . Clearly there is a booking that i made 3 weeks prior my trip. Well after a bit of discussion and argument, hotel staff was able to find us a room , so called presidential suite - we have been upgraded. This was a nice gesture and what i would expected to see from hotel with such rating, since this was not my fault - that they have not received or lost my booking confirmation. They did upgraded us from initially booked Suite (Lux) to presidential. Other than this incident, we have enjoyed our short stay. Presidential suite was nice and clean. Staff is nice and friendly, cafe downstairs is very nice. Breakfast could have been better, location is perfect. ”
