“Bungalows in garden setting just near the beach, about 10 km from Maumere. Very quiet for relaxing, almost no tourists in the hotel and on the beach. Just some local children and fishermen. Very good breakfast at beach bar, choose what you want. Good restaurant for other meals too. Except for one more hotel, we have seen no restaurants or shops nearby. A few metres into the sea there are corals. Free snorkeling equipment. Nice walking along empty beaches. Bungalows are simpel but large enough, with terrace. Bathroom is open and has many mosquitos. Simple materials and no decoration inside. Fridge upon request. Fair price. Very friendly owner and staff. Normally airport shuttle is not free, but since the driver had to pick up passengers, we were offered a free ride.”

“We got to the hotel fairly late in the evening and felt very welcomed here at Amrita. What an amazing place, lovely management and staff. The food was fantastic for such a reasonable price. The beach was really super, I really can't fault this gorgeous resort. Saving up for my return next year, hoping for a longer stay. Thank you Tumpal and team for your amazing hospitality. “Beautiful bungalows and garden, lovely beach. The owner and all the staff were amazingly friendly and so helpful. Service couldn't be better - we had to skip breakfast once for an early morning hike, and when arriving back at 2 in the afternoon they offered us to still have the breakfast. The breakfast is great and the restaurant serves really tasty and varied dishes. Highly recommended!”
