“Excellent quality hotel for a very reasonable price, walking distance to the lively Abovyan street where you can find hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops, Republic Square is around10 minutes drive or 35 minutes walk. Yerevan Zoo and botanical garden are near the hotel and Victory Park/Mother Armenia Statue are just 5 minutes drive. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was plenty and delicious.”
