The cheerful staff, from the cleaning people to the valet to the concierge to the waiters to the bartenders, was 100% accommodating and helpful, always at the ready without being intrusive. All promises were kept immediately. Although a little pricey, breakfast was delicious and hearty. We felt very safe in the hotel and the room itself was well organized, in near-perfect condition, and immaculately clean. The makeup mirror was a surprise bonus. We would certainly choose this hotel again if we needed to be in downtown Kansas City.”
