“At first when we (my parents and children 6y, 1y old) arrived there was a friendly staff welcomed us. When we got the keys we find out we have to walk like in a maze and there is a very high&long stairs until you get to the room. Tried to change the room and get something from the ground floor but at the reception replied all the rooms were busy. So if you have dificulties with getting on stairs let them know earler whilst booking. And as it is family room (room number 120) there is inside stairs as well. However we got used to and was not bad as I got scared of at once. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and nice place. We haven't had breakfast so no idea if it's good. I would go back again.”
