“Great pool, staff superb, really nice Hotel. Even had 2 happy hours. 10 baht taxi takes you into town every 15 mins right across. Some low key live music bars adjacent.”
“We liked the reception staff. Very helpful whenever we had some questions. In general, everyone was welcoming and smiling. We were a honeymoon couple and mentioned it in the email to the reception. And upon our arrival we received a lovely surprise in our room: rose petals in shape of heart on our bed as well as beautiful roses on pillows, a plate of fruit, and cookies with three types of chocolate sauce, and then a beautiful cake arrived straight from the kitchen. The housekeeping staff was very lovely, they even cared to fold our clothing, which was really sweet (and encouraged us to leave our room more tidy,lol).”

“This time the visit wend way better , on cheque in got a upgrade with pool view . They have a designated taxi driver , perfect English , friendly and reliable ( you need transport from this location ) and I would recommend to go for him . Breakfast - excellent , good choice and clean . Overall a good stay .”

“Staffs in Amari Hua Hin are good and helpful. Hotel got free shuttle bus to downtown. The weather in Hua Hin is comfortable, not feeling hot in day time. We just stay 2 nights here, so no time to go beach near the hotel.”
“I spent 2 nights at this property on my long weekend. I could feel how friendly the staff of this property are since I first dropped of my bags at the lobby until I checked out . My most impression for the staff here is when I was parking my car at the carpark, I hit the pillar on my left rear view caused the frame to be broken. The security guard there was so eagle to come and help. However, my boyfriend could fix this and put it back as it was before, the guard was still there and enthusiastically to help until everything was fixed. He also tried to advise the closest repair shop and tried to guide me the direction as much as he can. This is really touch our heart. All the facilities there are also good, new, and convenient to use. In overall, I and my boyfriend really impressed how this property provide us their high standard service and will definitely come back again.”
