“The receptionist is very friendly and helpful! One thing to complain is that the kiwi in the breakfast is hard (das Eier ist nicht hart). Enjoyed the stay.”

Lady receptionist did her best to arrange football tickets for us but unfortunately sold out. Room cleaned and replenished daily also shown around leisure facilities available.”

“A good breakfast and this was available until 11 on Sunday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room old fashioned but clean. The hotel is well located being close to the U-bahn and just a short walk to lake. There are some good bars nearby.”

“I was very satisfied with the size of the room, which was bigger than other hotels I have been before nearby Hamburg. Furthermore the bathroom was quite big, only thing I could complain would be the size of the shower, little too tight. Breakfast was very well served and diverse. The staff was very kind, and I would like to thank again for the pack they kept for me until my arrival. The hotel is very well located, with underground on the corner and busses as well. My options of restaurants in the neighbourhood from the hotel, and if other people come to stay in this hotel it is a must to try the restaurant called Green Papaya just around the corner.”
